WHAT IS COVERED
For new build and refurbishment projects, we cover the following:
- Manufacturing defects of roofing membrane and accessories.
- Ordinary exposure to the elements.
DURATION
The warranty period is described in the product specification, depending on the project specifications and applicable from the date of completion of the project.
CONDITIONS
For a better investigation and resolution of the issue, the following conditions must be met:
- Membrane must be installed by a BenefitSourcing Authorised and Licensed Contractor.
- Leaking report must be submitted to BenefitSourcing within 14 days of the leak with detailed photos, descriptions of environmental exposures and installer information.
