Roofing Workability FAQ
What weather conditions are usually not suitable for roofing work?
Roof work is typically postponed when rain intensity, precipitation probability, wind speed, or temperature exceeds your project weather alert thresholds.
Why do I need both precipitation probability and precipitation amount?
Probability tells how likely rain is, while amount shows expected intensity. Using both avoids scheduling during hours that are low-probability but still wet enough to affect installation quality.
How is a workable time window calculated?
The tool marks each hour as workable only when all thresholds pass, then merges consecutive workable hours and keeps only windows that meet your required work duration.
